How do I send my prescription to Medly?

There are two ways to send us your prescription. Either tell your doctor you’d like your medication sent to Medly Pharmacy, or fill out the form (link to form) to transfer your prescription directly to us. You’ll need our NPI, which is #1962488387. And if you have a paper prescription, you can drop it off at a Medly Pharmacy near you, or use the Medly mobile app to upload a photo of your prescription.

How do I transfer my prescription to Medly?

We make it easy to switch over to Medly within our app. Just give us some info about your current prescription, and we’ll take it from there.

How do refills work?

We manage your refills and send them to you on time, so you don’t have to keep track of the dates. We’ll coordinate with your doctor and insurance company to make sure you never run out of your medication.

Do you offer alternative packaging options?

Yes, we have a variety of different packaging options to make it easier for you to keep track of your medications and take them on time. Please give us a call at 718-782-7539 if you would like to learn more or would like to try different packaging options.

Do you dispense controlled substances?

Yes. Just make sure you have your ID on hand, and that you can sign for your delivery.

How can I get in touch with a pharmacist?

Call, email, or text us to get in touch with a pharmacist, or use our mobile app.


Is delivery free?

Absolutely! You’ll take care of your co-pay through the app, but there are no additional charges for delivery.

When can you deliver my prescription?

We offer free same-day delivery! If you need your prescription urgently, give us a call at 718-782-7539 so that we can make arrangements for a special delivery.

Who is going to be delivering my meds?

Medications are delivered by the members of our HIPAA-certified delivery team. All drivers are trained in FWA, and thoroughly screened before hire. Meds are securely transported in tamper-free packaging so that only you can open it upon delivery.


How much will my prescription cost?

Depending on your insurance and your medication, we determine your copay and deductible (if any) beforehand. Our team applies financial assistance wherever possible and is always available to answer additional questions about payment.

How do I pay for my prescriptions?

All payments can be made via our Medly mobile app, via phone, or with your Driver at the time of hand-off. We accept all major credit cards.


My prescription requires prior authorization.
Can Medly help me?

Yes! We will work with your health team to deal with prior authorizations as quickly as possible, so you get your medication faster.

What forms of insurance do you accept?

We accept all major insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. If you have questions, feel free to call us at 718-782-7539 and we’ll run a test claim.
